Shipping & Delivery
The cost of delivery will be added to your order on checkout. The cost of delivery is a fixed rate of £6.50 with an additional fee of £0.50 per item after that. All items will be posted as Royal Mail Special Delivery or, if over £50 in value, via TNT.
IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be checked by the receiver (customer) BEFORE signing for them. If the package is damaged in anyway either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as “not checked”. If a customer fails to follow this and a package is signed for as received in good condition. We may find it difficult (or impossible) to claim compensation in this case.

Privacy & Security
The information you provide while making purchases will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for any other purpose than to fulfil your delivery. All payment transactions are made through WorldPay. Your credit card details are not stored.

Ordering
All payment transaction are made through WorldPay, bank transfer or by cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. We can not accept any responsibility whatsoever if the goods ordered are seized by Customs officials or airport authorities in ours or any other country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscated in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority, we will refund your payment for the goods (not the shipping cost) less any fines or charges imposed by that authority for the handling and return of said goods. We will issue the refund only WHEN the goods are received and checked by ourselves.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payment transactions are made through WorldPay. Where an item or postage has been mispriced we will contact you for instructions for how to proceed. All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account information can only be made through this website. By clicking on the My Account link you will be taken to an area that lets you update update all your account details. This includes Address and Contact Information as well as allowing you to update your website login credentials.
